1. Frinendship / good and bad features of character /

Everybody has friends, because every person needs communication and contacts. But people are unique creatures of nature, all of them have their own habits, opinions, judgments which differ from others. That's why it's hard to find common in interests.

Friendship can be compared to a tree. Its seed should find good soil and under good conditions it will grow into a tree. As the years go by the tree stands firmer and firmer on the ground. And if it's strong enough, it will survive all the storms and winds.

I believe that there's no perfect friend as well as there is no perfect person. But there are some features of character, which I appreciate in people and which I hate in them.

First of all one of the most important qualities in people is the ability to keep secrets. There are problems sometimes that you can't share even with your parents, but only with your friends. So I would like my friends to keep silent about my secrets.

A friend may give good advice. He or she must support you, your decisions and actions. I never tell lies, so I can't stand my friend telling me lies. Where there is no trust, there is no friendship.

The main base for good relations between people is confidence. But there is no place for confidence if one of the partners is a liar.

And at last there is an importante quality that I would like my friend to have. It's ability to enjoy others success and happiness.

As I have already mentioned before, It's nearly impossible to find all these features in one person, so I have several friends with different good and bad features. Overall, I love my friends and hope that they feel the same to me :)

3. Bible/  self-sacrifice/ devotion of an impersonal degree/ Do the pros and cons predominate

I have never liked books since my childhood. They were all boring for me and I hated reading them. I remember my sister giving me ‘Winnie the Pooh’ and kindly asking me to read it but I didn’t. Now I love seldom books and I haven’t read those books twice or thrice as other people usually do. My favourite book is the one where the author is deeply in love with each reader. The Bible—everyone’s guide to infinite life—is the very book I like and the very book I have read more than thrice. Why is the Bible my favourite book? Because it teaches me to be the best version of myself, guides me through every single ordeal or hardship and makes me live.

‘Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God’ Matthew 5:8 With this sentence the Bible shows us that a person should have a pure heart to have the opportunity to see God. I want to have such a heart. Reading the Bible you understand what’s it like to be a human. The err is for humans but the Bible says NO, you can be better today and perfect tomorrow. You must understand that the words in the Bible were written by God and those words have a great influence on your daily life. By God’s word the Sun rises every morning, planets never get out of their orbits and stars shine each night. But how do we treat His word?

The Bible guides me at numerous crossroads in my life. Eventually, many of them can be really tough to go alone. That’s why I never lose my hope in God because He is with me. Sometimes people want to be free from their parents and do what their hearts want. The same with God. When we want to do something without Him and be independent we close our ears to His words. God will never step on your way to persuade you not to do something. He gave you free will. Do what you want but in the end you will reap what you sow. That’s why I ask Him to show me the best to choose because what He wants for me is kind, pleasant and perfect.

The Bible makes me live further. It is my source of hope and belief. Sometimes when I am alone I think about what would be with me if there wasn’t God. I wouldn’t be, either. In my point of view, no one will stay with you till the end of the world except God. Even your parents, husband or wife, sisters or brothers will leave you. As we are people it is normal to do this to someone. Because our nature is not flawless from the beginning. Only God with His perfect nature won’t hurt you, leave you or deceive you. ‘I am with you always, even unto the end of the world.’ Matthew 28:20

In a word reading the Bible is like putting wings on your back so you can join God as soon as possible. While reading it you understand how sinful you are and how God had mercy on you by sending His only son—Jesus Christ— as a sacrifice instead of you. God sent His son who is also God to be a human, live as a human and give us His life as a human. Just imagine yourself being a god and then leaving your glory in the sky for a paltry person as I am. Are we worthy to be His sons?

Seven virtues are the generalization of the main positive qualities of human character in Western Christianity. The four cardinal virtues (courage, temperance, justice, prudence) are the main virtues of ancient ethics, first identified by Aeschylus (6th-5th centuries BC) and later incorporated into the ancient tradition by Plato ( 5th-4th centuries BC), by Aristotle (4th century BC) and the Stoics. Augustine the Blessed (4th-5th centuries) added to them three more theological virtues: hope, faith, love, theories about which were developed by Eastern Christians.

Prudentia (Latin: Prudentia)/ Courage (Latin: Fortitudo)/ Justice (Latin: Justitia)/ Temperance (Latin: Temperantia) / Faith (Latin: Fides) / Hope (Latin: Spes) / Love (Latin: Caritas)

Later another list of virtues appeared, made up of the opposites of the seven cardinal sins;

Virginity (Latin: Castitas)/ Temperance (Latin: Temperantia)/ Love (Latin: Caritas)/ Effort (Latin: Industria) / Patience (Latin: Patientia) / Kindness (Latin: Humanitas) / Humility (Latin: Humilitas)

4.Modigliani

There are many famous artists in the world.I singled out one of them Modigliani. His pictures and personal life have interesting stories. His pictures are unique and different. He mainly depicts women in his paintings, where women’s eyes are missing . Modigliani’s film is being released in Modigliani’s honor . The plot of that film is based on Modigliani’s real life story. The film is a romantic genre, but it also includes drama. The last part of the film is especially impressive. It concludes with the song Ave Maria .

5. The Happy Prince /  self-sacrifice/ devotion of an impersonal degree/ Do the pros and cons predominate

"The Happy Prince" is apparently an imaginative fairy-tale. It tells about unbelievable and supernatural incidents. It is an old form of writing stories which is not appreciated now-a-days. Yet the author has combined modern theme with an ancient form. Oscar Wild was a sensible writer conscious of present values and conditions of the Victorian age. "The Happy Prince" is the story of a typical ruler who lived a life of luxury and happiness. The story tells us in detail how the poor live in dark and narrow houses. They do not even get enough to make their both ends meet. We also come to know that Jews are fond of money and gold. The decision of the mayor of the city to melt the statue of the Happy Prince and make his own indicates jealousy and craze for fame and popularity in that society. Although the story is unreal, yet the situations given in it apply perfectly to the conditions prevailing in that society. So, it has been rightly commented that these stories were written to mirror modern life in a form remote from reality. However, the story teaches a good moral lesson to the readers.

8."The Happy Prince"

."The Happy Prince" is a poignant tale written by Oscar Wilde, first published in 1888. It tells the story of a statue, the Happy Prince, and a swallow who befriends him.The story begins with a description of a beautiful statue of a prince, adorned with gold leaf and precious stones, standing high above the city. The Happy Prince had lived a life of luxury and had been shielded from the harsh realities of the world. However, upon his death, his heart was found to be made of pure gold, and his outer shell was covered in gold leaf. A swallow, en route to Egypt for the winter, takes shelter beneath the statue and strikes up a conversation with the prince. The Happy Prince is deeply moved by the suffering he sees in the city below, and he implores the swallow to help alleviate it. The swallow, touched by the prince's compassion, agrees to do so. Together, they embark on a series of charitable deeds, with the Happy Prince directing the swallow to deliver his jewels and gold leaf to the poor and needy of the city.As the winter sets in, the swallow grows weak from the cold, but he remains loyal to the Happy Prince, refusing to leave his side. Eventually, the swallow dies, and the Happy Prince is left alone. However, his selfless acts of kindness have earned him a place in heaven, and he is praised by God's angels for his generosity and compassion. The story of the Happy Prince is a timeless tale of love, sacrifice, and the transformative power of empathy. It reminds us of the importance of caring for others and the fulfillment that comes from selfless giving. Through the friendship between the prince and the swallow, Wilde highlights the beauty of compassion and the eternal value of kindness.

Self-sacrifice, self-sacrificing love, self-sacrificing devotion, kindness - these are all Christian virtues and positive aspects, because they are rewarded in the end, as we saw in the fairy tale
